Esbrown posted a review: A very dark and brooding style of Sangiovese, with cigar box and blackberry aromas that lead to a palate filled with dark fruit, dry earth, fine tannins and a slow roasted tomato note. The finish turned hard, dry and tannic. Perhaps a product of overextraction? Regardless, for the $50 price tag I would head to Brunello or a Vino Nobile Riserva. Rating: 2.60 / 5.00
