Recommendation: [yellow tail] shiraz

Popped the cork on a bottle of [yellow tail] (that's how they write their brand) shiraz, 2004, and in technical wine-aficionado terms, it was "exquisitely yummy".

yellow tail reds are "very yummy." My wife and I are very fond of the merlot as well.

Just trying the merlot for the first time. It is pretty good.

[yellow tail] makes some great reds but I liked the 2003 better if you can find it. Another great Aussie offering is the BIN series from Wyndham Estates. If you like the yellow tail shiraz try the BIN 555 Shiraz from Wyndham.
