5 of 5 stars - We had the great fortune of touring this small family run and owned producer a few weeks ago during our visit to the wine regions of Champagne. Very fine Champagne at an excellent price. The owner was hospitable, and we did our best to communicate. He allowed a personal tour of the cellar, talked history and quality issues. Our favorite was a double magnum of all Chardonnay based Vintage champagne. I carried it for a week, sharing it with friends prior to leaving London for the States. Just delightful. Clean and crisp, not a foul note in any of the front or back tastes. I want a few cases for the cellar, but alas - do not think I can procure this in the US. Visit this wonderful winery, and tell the William Williams and the "School teacher" said to say hello!
