2 of 5 stars - I have been drinking MD Ch. wine for about 8 years now and when I first started drinking it, it was AWESOME loved it, only wine I drank, but maybe about a year ago I opened a brand new bottle and I had told my mom this tastes like METAL. It left an awful aftertase and I as well have returned 4 bottles, and have dumped 3-4, I still keep trying them, hoping that the next one will be fine, but everyone of them has that bad taste. Now before I even pour any I smell inside the bottle because you can even SMELL it. My mom also mentioned to me the concord used in church for communion, has the same awful taste. She explained it tasting like tin. She always thought I was crazy, but she said now I know EXACTLY what you were talking about! Hope they can fix the problem, maybe they changed ingredients or are using wrong kind of vats &(not stainless steel) no idea, it just is not good anymore!!! Wish it was!
