Mastroberardino Irpinia Naturalis Historia 2001

Plenty of licorice and spice, with hints of blackberry on the nose. Full-bodied, with chewy tannins and a long finish. Give this time. Aglianico and Piedirosso. Better than previously reviewed. Best after 2008. 1,000 cases made.
