This is from a single shiraz clone (PT23 in this case although I wish that there was one called P76 as that would have to make for a wine with a big back end) with vines planted at a density of 700 vines per acre. French oak. Wild yeasts. Wooden fermenters. Sergio Carlei the winemaker. [...]
