Epis Pinot Noir 2005

The 2005 of this wine is widely reported to be even better than the 2004 so I popped down to the shops and bought one. Apparently these wines are highly temperamental and you can get all sorts of variation from bottle to bottle depending on the phase of the moon passing uranus or something. [...]
