Katnook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2004

I have a bit of experience with Katnook. Big, dark and brooding cabernet usually so I gave this a good day and a bit to reveal itself. It certainly needed it and I think the screwcap often means that some wines look a bit more backwards than they would under cork..although no question of this [...]
