Townshend Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley 2001

Mature, with distinctive olive character--black, green, picholine--to the spicy, slightly earthy blackberry and licorice flavors. Still has some tannins to lose, but it's getting there fast. Best after 2007. 700 cases made.
