Gustave Lorentz Riesling Alsace Grand Cru Altenberg de Bergheim 2001

This has lost its primary fruit character and shows complex aromas and flavors of flowers, dried quince and mineral. It's mellowing, yet fresh, with a dry profile and a long dried citrus aftertaste. Drink now through 2010. 1,300 cases made.
