Tower Estate Clare Valley Riesling 2005

Stuffed if I know why this wine is still sealed with a cork. Even the 2006 sauvignon blanc has one it it. Strange but true. It must be the last riesling in the country to be sealed with cork? Not sure I can think of another one. Anyone? Aromas of lime, snuffed candle, minerals and [...]
