This is a blend 55% shiraz, 25% pinot noir, 10% malbec and 10% grenache. Victorian fruit. It was created with the aim of being a perfect pizza and pasta wine. Sadly, I don’t have any pizza or pasta to hand at the moment to test the theory. Even sadder again because I am particularily hungry [...]
