Giacomo Borgogno and Figli Barolo Classico 2001

Wonderfully floral on the nose, with crushed berries. Full-bodied, with fine tannins and loads of fruit, yet refined and silky, like a great Pinot Noir. Best after 2009. 3,400 cases made.
