Zind-Humbrecht Pinot Gris Alsace Grand Cru Turckheim Clos Jebsal Vendange Tardive 2004

Posted: 10/27/2006

Heady, with loads of honey, apricot and caramel corn notes. Moderately sweet, concentrated and a little raw today, so give it about five years. The aroma is really singing, but the palate needs time to align itself. Best from 2008 through 2020. 430 cases made.
