Bold, rich style, featuring quince paste, apricot and licorice notes, underscored by mineral. Saturates the palate, remaining bright and alive, with a mineral salt aftertaste. Try with roast pork stuffed with fruit. Predominantly Riesling, with Pinot Gris. Drink now through 2010. 125 cases imported.
