Beaujolais is divided into two; the northern or Haut-Beaujolais and the southern or Bas-Beaujolais. The north is considered better, and contains all the Beaujolais-Villages and all 10 Beaujolais crus. The crus are allowed to use the name of their local town on the label, and these are St-Amour, Juliènas, Chénas, Moulin-à-Vent, Fleurie, Chiroubles, Morgon, Régnié, [...]
