I could almost buy this champagne for the colour alone. Drop dead enticing papal crimson with lovely bead. It is made like a still red and given the bubbles treatment (MC) using 100% Pinot Noir. I am told it had very low dosage. It had aromas of red berries and not the usual lightness [...]
