I first dipped my toe in the en primeur waters with the 2003 vintage, and as they are starting to be delivered now, I thought I’d try a bottle. This one is a Premières Côtes de Blaye wine, and a blend of approximately 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Cabernet Franc.
