Roderer Brut Premier NV

A lovely fine bead with light gold in a bright wine. The nose had fresh bread/yeast plus a citrus edge. The palate shows wonderful balance with nice biscuit and chardonnay flavours boosted with a little berry like richness. The dosage is not noticed but I suspect was more than 8g/litre.
