A lovely nose, melons and nuts, tropical fruits with some spices. The palate is beautifully balanced, plump musky peaches and minerals, certainly showing ripe fruits but these are propped up by fine acid and oak. Doesn’t have the power of a great White Burgundy, but it an excellent Villages wine – a surprising result, [...]
