Bouchard Pere et Fils Meursault “Les Gouttes d’Or” 1er cru 2002

A terrific nose, lemon and peaches with sweet floral overtones, richness and authority. The palate shows stonefruit with musky acid, pure fruits and is generously proportioned. The oak is finely judged and the length is excellent. This is really my kind of wine: power, but not too much, and it retains considerable elegance, and resonance. [...]
