The wine is made in stainless steel tanks, and 7-10% neutral alcohol is added to arrest fermentation and leave 110 grams of residual sugar per litre in the wine.
This wine was purchased to match a white chocolate cheesecake. Unfortunately it missed the mark in my opinion: something with some boytryis would have suited it better. [...]
