I enjoyed the Chassagne-Montrachet Villages wine from Blain-Gagnard during the week, so I was quite looking foward to one of the premiers. It was served a bit cold, but it still had a lovely nose: figs, melons and lemons, very aromatically pleasing. A friend commented that he always serves White Burgundy straight from the cellar [...]
