Paul Pillot Chassagne-Montrachet “Les Caillerets” 1er cru 2004

I tried this wine yesterday morning next to two other Pillot wines, the 2004 Bourgogne Blanc and the 2004 Chassagne-Montrachet “Les Mazures”, and this was easily the stand-out.
