Cabernet Sauvignon at Coriole Vineyards is only released in years of exceptional quality. In recent years this has occurred in 1996, 2001 and now 2004. I opened this alongside the 2004 Kay’s Cabernet and it made for quite a contrast. The difference being the Kay’s tasted rustic and regional and the Coriole very correctly cabernet. [...]
