Glenguin Aristea Shiraz 2003

I tried this wine about six months ago and found it very oaky, and then again in a blind tasting were I gave it 94 points but noted overt cedar oak. Last night I opened a bottle and the oak is still there but each time I taste this wine it looks better and better. [...]
