Quite a developed colour, with powerful and intense nose: autolysis, meaty like beef stock, masculine, no pretty florals at all. The palate shows a creamy texture, with strawberries, violets, truffles, wild berries and baked apples. Quite a savoury wine, and if you let it go flat it would probably make a lovely still wine.
