Ahhhhh….Burgundy. I was reading Clive Coates book on Burgundy before drinking this at a dinner and saw he gave this wine 20/20 and immediately started drooling like a Bull Mastiff in a butchers shop. The Rousseau family acquired their holdings in Chambertin in 1920 and at present that equates to 2.15ha of the hallowed ground. [...]
