Tyrrell’s Vat 9 Shiraz 2005

2005 was a cracker vintage in the Hunter, and I was really looking forward to this one. Initially it showed red fruits and sulphur, too much sulphur for my liking so I slapped it in a decanter for a couple of hours to see if it would come good. More fruits emerged, nice fruits like [...]
