Grosset Gaia 1995

I like the Grosset Gaia. I think it is his best wine: elegant and ages well consistently - I just wish it was cheaper. A blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot according to the back label, but strangely the same is said of the ’96, ‘98 and the ’00. A nice [...]
