Initially, the nose was just choc-mint in a glass. With a swirl of fondant oak. The palate was smooth and chocolately, with mint and leafy herbs, and yet it was also a bit savoury too. Now I don’t mind a bit of mint, but I can imagine this wine would really upset some people, and [...]
