They say ‘100% Yarra fruit from variety of sources. Cane pruned, shoot thinned, hand picked, hand sorted, 100% destemmed to open fermenters. Natural ferment, 20 days on skins, gravity to barrel, 10 months on very light lees, gravity ex barrel, one filtration to bottle’. I say ‘Bloody hell. All this for $17!’
