Not known for its riesling the Yarra Valley but this goes all right. Interesting winemaking too. “100% Yarra fruit from the estate. Both whole bunch pressed as well as destem and crush.No depectinising of juice, clean but turbid before fermentation. 20% barrel fermented, natural yeast. Lees stirred for 3 months before bottling.
