De Bortoli Yarra Valley Reserve Syrah 2004

I drank a fair bit of the De Bortoli shiraz a few years ago - the fruit was always excellent but they used a good whack of American oak - and that put me off it a bit. No such problems now though. The winemaking and viticulture is first rate and I’ll include some details [...]
