Lake’s Folly Red 2001

This is a lesser red vintage for the Hunter Valley but Lake’s Folly made a good job of it nonetheless. A blend of 60% Cabernet, 20% Petit Verdot, 10% Shiraz and 10% Merlot. I’m not going to cellar this vintage too long, although I could, I just like it too much now.Oh the cork is [...]
