Pine Ridge Encantado (Napa Valley) 2005

A dry, crisp rose with a relatively deep salmon color. Made in the saignee style from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. My guess is that Pine Ridge has adopted a waste not, want not philosophy - they likely bled...
