Bodega Pirineos Moristel 2001

Right then. This is from Somontano which is located inbetween Logrono and Barcelona in the foothills of the Pyrenees. It is made from Moristel which is apparently indigenous to the area but seems to be a mutant of Mataro/Mourvedre/Monastrell. This vintage has probably been hanging about a bit locally.
