Domaine du Pegau Chateauneuf-du-Pape White Cuvee Reservee 2005

Bright, fresh, almost lacy in texture, with mineral and white peach flavors running through a crisp, clean finish. Demure at first, but the finish really opens up and pulls you back for more. Drink now through 2007. 200 cases made.
