I picked this up cheap recently, but it was cheap because the storage was somewhat dodgy. The cork was in good nick. The colour was a deep red – no browning. The nose was engaging – very big for Burgundy, almost like a lighter Southern Rhône – raspberries and iron filings, forest floor, smoky and meaty, [...]
