S.A. Huet Vouvray Sec Le Mont 2004

Very stylish, with high-toned quince, green melon and mineral notes backed by a faint hint of ginger. Long, filigreed finish. Needs a touch of cellaring to fill out. Best from 2007 through 2014. 1,970 cases made.
