The initial impression is of stalks and maybe tomato leaf. The vineyard is 100% certified organic. The wine is made with low sulfur dioxide and indigenous yeasts. The nose and palate suggest that it has high stalk content and it has a lifted edge to it. I have been trying to get a bottle [...]
