Taylors Promised Land Shiraz Cabernet 2004

I opened this one along side the Cabernet Merlot and thought that the Cab Merlot had the edge. It has a better flavour profile for my tastes and has more vinosity. Aromas of cherry,blackberry, chocolate, licorice and spicy clove oak. On the palate blackberry, choc/mocha and spice flavours. Slightly grapey flavours at the moment though. Nice [...]
