I bought this two years ago as a taster, and as frequently happens it got cellared instead.
An attractive nose - sour red cherries and woody spices, stems and some confection. The palate is relatively lightly bodied for a Heathcote Shiraz – quite elegant and restrained, with red liquorice, red cherries, lovely fine tannins, sappy notes [...]
